Delivery & Collection Policy

STORE PICKUP – Unit Z, Willments Industrial Estate, Hazel Road, Woolston, Southampton, SO19 7HS
  • Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm or Saturday from 9am-2pm. You’ll receive an email or a phone call when your order is ready for collection
COURIER SERVICE
  • The processing time for your order(s) are below unless stated otherwise in direct communications. Once completed, these will take 1-2 working days to arrive with you:
    • Shelves & Gifts: 1-2 weeks
    • Physical Gift Cards: 2-3 business days
    • All other items : 3-4 weeks
  • Flat rate shipping fees are applied to your order and vary by product and quantity selected
  • We use Parcelforce as our main courier for deliveries but for oversized parcels (such as kitchen worktops), we use a combination of couriers including Tuffnells and DHL
LOCAL DELIVERY
  • Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery but you can still collect
  • When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange a time that suits
  • Processing time for your order(s) are below and we aim to deliver these within 2-3 days of their completion
    • Shelves & Gifts: 1-2 weeks
    • Physical Gift Cards: 2-3 business days
    • All other items : 3-4 weeks
    • New scaffold boards: within 3 business days (delivering to 20 miles radius from our store)
