Pallet Wood Panels – Oiled or Painted

• High quality reclaimed pallet wood panels sanded on both sides & edges before finishing in an oil or paint of your choice. For sanded only options, please see our other listings
• All boards are fully denailed and sanded to a high level to provide you a smooth finish whilst maintaining their natural rustic character
• Mixed widths of board will be included within the panel
• The depth of the boards has been standardised to give as flat a surface as possible. With the back baton support, this makes the overall combined thickness 30-40mm
• Two options for the direction of the grain: parallel to long side or parallel to short side (see examples in photo gallery)
• The panels are joined using a Z back brace
• Great for shop signage, wedding signs, art boards and feature headboards
• Oil finishes use Osmo Polyx oils available in raw, honey or terra (exterior oils also available on request – just state at checkout)
• Painted finishes are based on Rustoleum Chalk Paint available in antique white, graphite grey or duck egg blue. They are lightly sanded after application to reveal some of the original board underneath, before finishing with wax. Not suitable for outdoors
• Custom sizes can also be made. Do get in contact with us for bespoke dimensions
